The art of horse judging is learned by making logical decisions based on desirable traits within a specific class event. Our team focuses on using American Quarter Horse Assoc. standards to shape those decisions. We use a variety of teaching methods which ultimately develops our members into well rounded critical thinkers.

About Us

General Team Information

Who?​

  • Membership eligibility is available to students that are in good academic standing and are between grades 3-12. Must be age 9 by August 31st. 

Come Join Us!

  • Regular practices are held every Tuesday evening from 6 pm to 7:30 pm at the A&M United Methodist Church-Sanctuary Center Room 113. (Any room changes will be posted).

  • One-on-One practices will be offered for Thursday evenings per request. Requests must be made by the end of practice on Tuesday to guarantee availability. Time and location will vary. 

  • The judging season follows the academic year. 

Need Directions?

In order to be an active member, you will need to officially register through the  4HOnline website.
